While managing their direct mail efforts, AlphaGraphics approached Fellowship Square, a retirement community, about creating a targeted campaign using a demographic profile to increase traffic at their facility.
The goal: drive visitors to tour the Fellowship Square facility, allowing sales staff to improve the move-in rate. AlphaGraphics tested two separate personalized URL campaigns and a standard postcard mailer, yielding a 1.5% response rate. Determined to improve upon those results, they executed a sealed-envelope invitation… and hit a 7% response rate!

By completing a thorough demographic profile for the client, improving the offer, tailoring the communication method to the audience, and tracking responses via a toll-free number, AlphaGraphics was able to increase the client’s direct mail response rate from .0003% to 7%--and maintain it for more than 3 years!
As a result of this ongoing campaign, Fellowship Square keeps a waiting list of 50-70 people. While most senior living facilities are 60-70% full, Fellowship Square is always 100% full. AlphaGraphics continues to manage their print and marketing communications.
