Net Health Systems, a leading provider of clinical information systems for chronic wound care, wanted to enhance client interactions and gain insight on their flagship software, WoundExpert. AlphaGraphics proposed an innovative cross-media campaign using the client’s corporate promotional theme--coffee.

This "Virtual Coffee Break", which included a personalized postcard, a personalized URL website with prospect survey, and two follow-up emails, enabled Net Health to:

•    Up-sell solutions and services
•    Collect data to enhance future service
     and communications

1,200 clients from Net Health's existing database were directed to visit their personalized URL and complete the survey to win a $10 gift card, and be entered to win $1,000 for their facility. Responders were then encouraged on the "thank you" page of the survey to forward the offer to a friend.

A stunning success, this streamlined campaign yielded a 32.5% response rate. And, as a testament to the power of “word-of-mouth” marketing, 81 of the 456 responders were referred by friends!
