AlphaGraphics created a multi-channel campaign for the Seattle Humane Society (SHS) to collect information from new and smaller donors.
The campaign gathered details in order to:

A letter from the CEO invited new donors to visit a personalized URL where they could learn more about the SHS and fill out a brief survey. This valuable data was then used to personalize and improve future communications to the audience.
Not only did 17% of letter recipients respond with complete information, but the campaign incited donations to the SHS that far exceeded the initial cost of the campaign, without solicitation! AlphaGraphics has since refined and repeated this campaign three times, each yielding a 14-20% response rate.
