About Brian Johnson
I have grown up in the Alphagraphics business. My family has owned this center for 25+ years and i have been full time since 2004. I started on the front counter in customer service before moving into sales and now oversee the operation. I enjoy meeting new people and building lasting relationships with our customers. I love working with clients on complex projects and providing solutions to the "impossible". It's great when I get an anxious call about a project nobody else can do and we not only meet a critical deadline but we're able to make someone a hero! I enjoy all outdoor activities, from winter mountain climbing to summer dirt biking, traveling and seeing new places with my family.

Listen to your customers. We all talk to our customers and at times may talk at our customers, but are we really listening to our customers? What do your customers need? Are their needs in line with what you are offering? A lot of the time what the customer truly needs is different from what you may think they need. What are their goals over the next few months and year? What are you doing to align what you are offering with their needs?
