Here's How We Got Started...
AlphaGraphics...On LaSalle Street opened in early 1994 with a simple philosophy: “When promised, as promised.” We felt that if we gave our clients true customer service, in an age when real, old-fashioned service was quickly disappearing, our business would thrive.
To be honest, we had no idea how well this simple idea would be received. From its humble beginnings, with three employees and eight pieces of worn-out equipment, this operation, combined with our three newer locations, now employs more than thirty professionals, equipped with a fleet of more than seventy state-of-the-art pieces of equipment. AlphaGraphics...On LaSalle Street ranks at the top of the more than 250 independently owned Alphagraphics locations worldwide and is among the Top 100 convenience printers in the United States per Quick Print magazine. This operation has been awarded the prestigious “Franny” award - designating it the best Alphagraphics business center worldwide.
We know that success is not just a matter of numbers, rankings and awards. Over the years we have built strong relationships with our clients and have earned their trust. Our work includes everything from printing basic business stationery for two person start-ups to the full-color digital production, binding
 and distribution of the documentation for important financial transactions for many of the largest institutions in the business world.
We also know that you cannot run this business from a policy manual. It takes a complete staff of intelligent people who truly care about our clients and their work. We carefully screen potential employees to be sure that they have the same passion for customer service as our present team. From the person that answers the phone, to the one who delivers the final product, all of our employees are expected to have the same sense of care and expediency that our clients have about their projects. We take great pride in a wall full of letters of commendation from our clien ts, praising our employees’ efforts.
In early 2001 we opened a second operation in the fast growing West Loop area. It is a stand-alone, full service facility that is backed up by our original operation to handle projects of any size or deadline.
In mid-2006, we assumed the ownership and management of AlphaGraphics... Millennium Park, a large, full-service business center located in the Prudential Building in the East Loop. We have added a sales office in the River North area.
The production for these centers has now been consolidated into our new expanded facility in the West Loop.
