I want to let you know how your team has saved me in the past couple of weeks. Customizations of our training materials have really taken off recently, so much so that we were selling them faster than expected. We were forced to ask for the jobs to be RUSHed. Then I had to modify the RUSHes to be SUPER RUSHES, and AG came through with flying colors.
The two most recent examples were for our newest Retail Services and Healthcare clients. For one I originally asked for an already-tight 2-day turnaround and then I had to ask for a same-day partial reprint and for AG to ship overnight for us for a Saturday delivery. For the other I’d given AG a quick 2-day deadline and then called up the next morning and said I needed the materials delivered that day because we had to get them out to British Columbia asap. Plus John stopped at Staples to pick up the binders we needed because the order AG had placed for them was coming in on the original due date and I needed everything a day earlier.
