Flat Bed UV Ink Jet Printing – we offer the ability to print very high quality, durable, full color graphics on various media including plastics, acrylics, glass, wood and even metal utilizing our Mimaki UJF-605C Flatbed Inkjet Printer. This printer allows us to print graphics on flat rigid substrate up to 23.5” by 27.5” and as thick as 1.95” at resolutions from 300 by 300 dpi up to 1200 by 2400 dpi using a 6 color process plus opaque white. The machine produces rich photographic images and sharp, crisp text down to very small point sizes. Ideal for producing and printing specialty images and interior signage.
Foil Stamping – For low or high production runs featuring our 64 ton Kluge Clam Shell Foil Stamp Press. 13” by 24” Sheet Size.
Die Cutting - High Volume: up to 12” by 24” sheet sizes. Lower volumes: up to 24” by 24” and roll stock.
Laminate - Sheet fed. 1.5 – 10 mil one and two sided lamination in widths up to 38”. With and without heat seal edges. “Linen” embossed polyester lamination in widths to 18”.
Turned Edge Bindery - Short run case made covers using book cloth jacket materials. Up to legal size booklets. Genuine leather and sewn edge “Latigo” leather covers and journals.
Screen Printing - One, two, and three color screen printing
 on sheet sizes up to 18” by 24”. Coroplast signage. Up to 220 line screen with close register printing.
Printing on Plastics - Sheet fed offset printing
on polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene.
