JENNIFER- Account Executive
Team member since 2000. Jennifer services many of our largest accounts. Her “Can Do” attitude and high sensitivity to customer needs are a powerful combination. Jennifer has vast knowledge of the printing business. She grew up in a printing family. Her work experience includes retail sales and production management. Jennifer graduated from Nasson College. She lives in Norwalk with her husband John.

CHRIS- Production Manager
Team member since 2006. He directs the entire production of the business center. His production orientation and design training uniquely qualify him to function well in our environment. He is an effective team leader. His background includes print production and art design. He graduated from The Savannah College of Art & Design. He lives in Norwalk with his wife Beth.

GEORGE- Digital Black & White Specialist
Team member since 2000. George controls production of all our black & white printers. His powerful attention to detail and customer needs insure that jobs are delivered “When Promised, As Promised”. He is very dependable and many customers rely on him. George graduated from Brien McMahon H.S. He lives in Norwalk.

Yaneth- Bindery Specialist
Team member since 2000. Yaneth is skilled with all equipment in the bindery department. She performs high quality work. Her skills were developed over eight years working with us. Her ability to spot potential issues prior to production keeps projects on track. She is a graduate of Brien McMahon H.S, and lives in Norwalk with her family.

MARK- Press Operator
Team member since 2006. Mark is an experienced press operator with over 38 years experience in the industry. He is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of printing having owned his own business for 20 years. He is a valuable team member and trainer. Mark was educated in the Norwalk school system. He lives in Norwalk with his wife Pauline. He is very active in the community including the Norwalk Seaport Association, Oyster Festival and Sheffield Island Lighthouse.

LISA- Graphic Designer
Team member since 2006. Lisa is experienced in working in both Mac and PC environments. She can create artwork from customer requirements or adapt customer provided artwork for production. She works well with customers. Lisa graduated from Bridgewater State College. She lives in Norwalk.

CHARLES- Digital Color Specialist
Team member since 2008. Charles is a skilled operator with digital color equipment. He has a keen eye for color space, layout and arrangement. He has a special capability with website design. Charles works well with customers assisting them with their artwork and creative ideas. He graduated from Sacred Heart University with a degree in computer science. Charles lives in Shelton with his wife Erin.

ELIZABETH- Customer Service Rep
Team member since 1997. Elizabeth is extremely people oriented. She is skilled at working with customers and getting their problems resolved so that their jobs run smoothly. She insures that jobs move quickly and efficiently from order through production. Elizabeth graduated from Newtown H.S. and also attended Molloy College. She lives in Niantic with her husband Miles.

MILES- Owner
Team member since 1996. Miles function is to provides the 3 M’s—manpower, machinery and money. When done correctly, the business runs smoothly and efficiently. The employees are in a position to be successful. The customers are pleased and confident that their work is in good hands. Miles graduated from Lehigh University with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Finance. He lives in Niantic with his wife Elizabeth.
