Pat Welch, Owner

Pat is a 25 year veteran of the printing industry. A graduate of Indiana University, he entered the folding carton business with a focus on offset and web printing for the medical and consumer products industry. In 2002, Pat opened AlphaGraphics in South Bend, Indiana. Then expanded with another location in Elkhart, Indiana, in 2007 with a focus on large format printing.
Pat has been involved with the Elkhart United Way Campaign, served as President of the Montessori School of Elkhart, St. Mary’s Parish Council, President of Elcona Country Club and is a member of the Rotary Club of South Bend. His interests include golf, fishing, theatre, music and travel. Pat has two daughters whom can occasionally be seen behind the front desk of either AlphaGraphics!
Cathie Waggoner

Cathie has been a member of the AlphaGraphics sales team since 2002 and in the print industry since 2000. She is a member of the BNI Alpha Omega Mishawaka Chapter. Cathie is a lifetime resident of Niles, Michigan, where she lives with her husband and two children. She is a graduate of Southwestern Michigan College. Cathie serves on the Board of Directors for the Four Flags Apple Festival and also coaches her son's Upward Soccer team.
Julie Curtis

Julie joined AlphaGraphics as a Marketing Manager in March of 2007 bringing with her over 10 years marketing experience. Julie's primary responsibility is to serve as a local liaison between our clients and agDirect, the marketing division of AlphaGraphics. In addition to helping clients with their marketing needs, Julie also handles sales of promotional items. She is a proud graduate of Michigan State University – Go Spartans! In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cake decorating, reading and quilting.
Roy Bronkema

Roy serves as Customer Service Manager at AlphaGraphics South Bend. The position allows him to use his abilities as an organizer, creative thinker, people-person and facilitator. He is an accomplished keyboardist and freelance copywriter, and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance and Bible from Cornerstone College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He lives in Niles, Michigan, with his wife Nancy, and is the proud dad to four grown children.
