Weighing in at over 20,000 lbs is our brand new 5-Color Heidelberg Speedmaster SM-52. This bad boy lays down up to 5 colors, on both sides of the sheet, in a single pass at speeds approaching 15,000 sheets per hour. Can you say TKO?
And, in the other corner, not to be outdone...we have a slimmer version of the Speedmaster 52; our 2-Color Half-sheet Press. A venerable workhorse, laying down 2 colors per pass with perfection. No doubt we are going for the title!

No doubt that these two presses are the veterans of the house. Folding
From a simple trifold to more complex gatefolds, our MBO folder is an industry standard for offering precise folding.
Cutting
In order to meet our peak demands, we employ two Polar cutters capable of cutting up to 30” of text weight paper, cover stock, chipboard and other unique substrates.
Saddle-Stitching
If you have a need for saddle-stitched booklets, we make it easy with our Horizon Bookletmaking System. It’s capable of stitching up to 80 pages in various sizes.
Plastic Coil and GBC Binding
For those needing unique solutions, our bindery department utilizes various devices for round cornering, Bind

Inkjet Addressing
After we ensure your addresses are properly formatted and deliverable, we often follow this process by imprinting the addressee names on your printed piece or envelope with our Accufast P6 Inkjet Addressing Systems. In other cases, when you are looking for a more streamlined and professional look, we utilize the variable data capability of our iGen3 digital press to print the addresses while we print your project.
Folding/Inserting
Tired of folding and stuffing those envelopes by hand? Well, we have a machine that does that for you! Our Neopost DS-100 Folder/Inserter plays a key role in helping our clients with projects that require single or multiple piece inserting.

Our big color department utilizes four large format printers and a variety of substrates and laminates to produce posters, trade show graphics, banners and other projects requiring coverage of large areas.
Large Format Output with Precision Contour Cutting
Perhaps the most impressive of our large format devices is the Roland SC 545 EX – Soljet Pro IIV. It is configured for brilliant, six-color printing and precision contour cutting on a variety of materials, up to 54" wide. And its Eco-SOL INK produces brilliant graphics that are durable up to three years outdoors without lamination, so you can make a truly lasting impression.
Need someone to keep up with your high demand for banners or other large format prints? In addition to our Roland, our three Epson large format devices can handle even the most demanding of schedules and tight turn-arounds.
