Sharon & Brent Haupt are charter members of the Southwest Valley Sunrise Rotary.  Rotary is an organization of business & professional leaders united worldwide, who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards and help build goodwill throughout the world. Some recent projects include providing dictionaries for third grade students in the south part of Salt Lake Valley, giving coats & boots to needy children, supporting  the homeless shelter by providing meals and raising funds for the "Field of Dreams" an adaptive baseball field for children with disabilities. Local high school students, who are members of the Interact Club, did service projects in Thailand at an orphange. Brent served as President from 2004-2005.  Sharon is serving as President 2010-2011.

Sharon has been a volunteer for Junior Achievement for the past 2 years at Midvale Elementary.  She has enjoyed teaching 1st grade students about business in our communities.  During the 2009-2010 school year, Junior Achievement reached more than 60,000 Utah students.  Sharon is proud to be part of Junior Achievement!
