When I place an order, emails are answered promptly. If anything has to be changed, they send an email that you can either accept as is, or change it. Saves a ton of time.

This project turned out amazing. We discussed using a thicker paper. It is harder to keep closed but the firms at career day said it was nice because they didn't have to struggle flipping the pages. One even asked me what type of paper it was.
