I was a walk-in customer and Michelle Black assisted me. She worked my deadline, send me PDF proof for approval, and suggested a paper stock that was perfect for the final product.

The colors came out dimmer than the original, but the banner still looks nice. We just won't use it with out other banners, because that is the only time the dimness is noticeable.

my only issue is you wait too long to cash or deposit your checks you receive. I need copies of the deposited checks for grant information and I continually have to wait for weeks before your company deposits your checks. Can you speed up this process?

First, the quality of the print and assistance on picking the paper was excellent. The personnel was friendly and very informative on the different options available to me.
