I am disappointed that my card didn't get folded when the layout clearly presents that it would have needed to be folded to look complete. I was told that I was to say I needed it folded- which I did not as I send out a mailer only once a year and my previous vendor never asked me these things but just made it look right. I didn't know that I was supposed to specify. It's a very expensive project for my small business and I am disappointed that it didn't turn out the way I hoped.

Our last envelope order was processed very quickly! I didn't want to run the risk of running out of envelopes so ordered with more than enough time, but our order was delivered the next day or so. Wow!

Would like to see tracking information on products that have been shipped. Prior orders only show a status in progress back to 2018. This ensure we know we get shipments, especially if drop shipping to customers.

Based on the finished product, I would recommend AlphaGraphics to others for printing options. However, I find it frustrating that when I receive invoices I have to send them back for corrections because I am being overcharged. The invoice corrections do happen timely.

Top Shelf was super helpful and accommodating during the whole process. I had a bunch of changes and they were able to be patient during the design process.

Everything was great except for processing the final invoice. I submitted a cost code when submitting my order so I assumed it was paid however didn't. I received an email notice a few months later indicating the invoice hadn't been paid. I paid it immediately and is was easy to do online however somehow we need to figure out how to solve this more promptly in the future.
