I have so pleasantly surprised at the rapid response time, attention to detail, and quality of product I received from AG. My order was large and complicated, and we had some extenuating circumstances that made us a challenge to work with. Pat was incredibly gracious the entire way and truly went above and beyond for us. The prepress was not up to standards. My front cover black was two toned where art overlapped and my 2 page spread did not line up. I had another printer use the same files and everything printed perfect for less cost. Service was excellent. Final product not so much.
