If you already have the frame, we can make updated backdrops to fit your existing hardware. Or, if you are on a budget, you can rent our heavy-duty metal backdrop hardware and just buy the vinyl backdrop for your event, maximizing your budget.

Ours are made in-house right in our Phoenix facility. Our backdrops are made from premium, high-quality 15-ounce bright white non-glare vinyl matte. And one more thing . . . our Step and Repeat banners have quality hardware that is easy to set up. We promise.

Quality printed with vibrant, full-color (CMYK) outdoor durable, water-resistant UV protection and high-resolution detail. The vinyl banner is professionally finished with 3" pole pockets for easy installation.

Custom Backdrop Printing Pricing

A full-color CMYK high-resolution printed 8-foot x 8-foot (96" x 96") vinyl backdrop is $385 and includes all pole pockets and grommets at no additional charge (hardware stand extra). If you need the hardware stand, you can rent ours by the day for $50 per day (with a $250 refundable deposit) or buy your own high-quality metal frame for $285 with a zippered carrying case.

When thinking about the design of your backdrop, remember that for this use, a simple and less busy background is best to allow the subject photos to be most effective. If you need assistance with setting up your art files for your backdrop, just let us know. We have a staff of professionally trained graphic designers that are experts. Looking for that iconic logo pattern? Gather your logos or image files and we’ll take care of the rest. One last tip about graphics: Remember to use high-resolution or vector-based graphic outline files (such as .eps, PDF, or .AI), since the images will need to scale fairly large for backdrops. Please use a minimum of 150 dpi at 100% size for image files. We can also process your Adobe Indesign files. If your banner stand bleeds, please add a 1/8" bleed (0.125").
