Being new to using printers in this area, I found in need of a rush book printing job, for which, if it did not come out well, I would have not had any leeway to correct. Your team came through with flying colors, and, in fact, I had confidence that it would from talking to them when I brought the files in.

I actually tried to find a place on the corporate website to pass along my appreciation. The staff here worked diligently to assist me with getting the product onsite in time to satisfy the client. UPS failed us but Alphagraphics did not. Your staff did work with UPS to get the shipping cost refunded. Everyone exceeded my expectations!
