You guys have been fantastic. This project, now in its second year with you, has been modified and updated numerous times and you have always been very accommodating and professional. This project, for my soon to be 96 year old father is his autobiography, including his 21 year navy career as a pilot in WWII in the south pacific through his marriage, five children and second career to present date. The time and effort that you have put in to format and place the over 1000 photos he took in the last 7 decades has been phenomenal. When completed, this 6 volume, 2000 page work will certainly bring a smile to one of the ever shrinking members of the Greatest Generation, and will provide history and perspective for his generations to follow. Alpha graphics is the best. We do disaster repair, and because of this, things need to move quickly. When we have plans we need printed, they are our go-to place for our business. I really appreciated that Usha took the time to speak with me over the phone. I work across the Sacramento area from the print store and wouldn't have been able to pick up my order before closing time, but Usha kindly gave me options on when and how I could pick up my prints. quick response from customer service and spot-on updates to artwork. most notable difference from simply brilliant press is the amazingly fast turnaround time. it used to take 7-10 days to get a box of 500 simple one sided business cards ready for us to pick-up. they were ready for pick up in two days with alphagraphics. awesome job !!!
