Our center had the privilege of sponsoring
Weld County Relay for Life, and although I knew it was going to be a fun, yet tiring weekend, I didn't expect to hear so many inspiring stories; stories from people who were just so excited to celebrate another day of life surrounded by the people they love the most.
Our sponsorship included the design and print of 500 event programs that also serve as 2013/2014 calendars. In addition, in our typical AlphaGraphics fashion, we got a little creative and added a photo booth to the event.
The event was a huge success despite the hurricane wind-like conditions. Luckily for us, the photo booth was inside.
So just how successful was the event this year?
Here’s the breakdown:
~Over $285,000 raised
~Weld County Relay for Life is the largest Relay event in the state of Colorado
~2,200 registered participants
~126 teams
~485 survivors in attendance
~250 caregivers in attendance

Kudos to the entire Weld County Relay for Life Committee, and our friend Sara Muth, Relay for Life event chair. Her passion, enthusiasm and dedication to such a large and important event in Weld County is remarkable and inspiring!
