7 Postcard Design Tips!

Striking Imagery: Images allows for a genuine connection with your target audience. While choosing images it's a great idea to make sure they are large and have a high enough resolution for printing.  If you don't have quality images there are many great stock photography websites like Deposit Photos or Shutterstock that have plenty of great images to choose from.   2. White Space is Your Friend: Often times it's easy to add too much information which results in clutter.People love looking at beautiful things. Proper use of white space around your design elements allows the viewer to navigate your postcard with ease.   3. Keep Copy Simple: Your postcard should include all of your information such as return address, email, phone number, and website. Don't make your copy to lengthy. Keep it simple, direct, and to the point.  Be sure to include headlines as well as subheads that lead into the text for better organized copy.   4. Bigger is Better: When choosing your postcard size go larger.

Offers: Including an offer creates a sense of urgency with your audience.Phrases such as, "50 percent off" or "limited supply" are just a couple commonly used.   6. Include a Call to Action: It's very important to include a call to action like, "Call Today for More Information" and "Visit us Online". These call to actions turn into real sales!   7.
