Always good service and easy communication

I needed my business cards tweaked and printed post haste to do promotional work at a property I recently sold. I had a simple address change on the existing file and Brian was wonderful to get that done in record time. SOOOO appreciative! I have my full color brochures printed here, professionally finished and bound. I am sure there is much more I can and will plug in to fulfill all my business marketing needs. This is a great STAFF!

Francisco is great!

My client needed 6' x 4' signs and they got a quote from a vendor in western suburbs. I knew of Alphagraphics' quality of work and excellent service so I got a quote from Fergus, a true professional. The quote was approximately the same as other vendor. I persuaded client to go with Alpha due to top-notch experience. Client ordered direct from another Alpha person while Fergus away from office (forget his name who offered seamless service). Timeframe perfect. Will always go to Alphagraphics for our print needs. Client does plan on reprinting signs.

Wonderful and easy

Fergus was absolutely fantastic to work with. I was printing displays for my mother's funeral. the print quality was excellent, and I got tons of compliments on them. The best part was that I was trying to figure out how to get them in a suitcase. Fergus suggested they could be shipped directly to the church. This worked beautifully and saved me an enormous hassle. I would not have considered it without his advice. He provided excellent service and reminded me why I chose Alphagraphics.

Catherine Lauro in Chicago was excellent to work with, went above and beyond. Took our fairly rudimentary graphics (not in PDF) and turned them into perfect postcards. Recommended the right cardstock for glossy front, write-on back. Pricing was the best of 3 local quotes. When I couldn't make it during open hours to pick up the order, Catherine delivered to my downtown office, in person!
