FRANK LEONE, OWNER

Frank Leone is an industry veteran with 40 years of print and business experience who likes to say that the only constant in the print industry is change.  Being able to embrace new and emerging technologies quickly has been at the core of Frank’s success.  After buying AlphaGraphics Stamford in 2017 and merging it with his existing company, DOT Generation, Frank again tapped into his experience and adaptability, transforming the Stamford location into one of the top 20 performing franchisees in the network.  Today, AlphaGraphics Stamford stands out as a regional and national leader in print, marketing, and signage. Frank also remains highly involved and committed to the local business community, participating in the Stamford Chamber of Commerce and other roles.  When not at work, you’ll likely find Frank on a golf course somewhere across the world while traveling with his wife, Laura. DAVID STOWE, VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING

As Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for AlphaGraphics Stamford, David brings over two decades of experience to the table. His proactive approach centered around exploring new products and services to integrate with AlphaGraphics’s already substantial roster of offerings ensures we serve client needs with more comprehensive and all-inclusive offerings. He’s also been at the cornerstone of AlphaGraphic’s work within the political arena. Decades of experience developing and implementing political print, direct mail and graphics projects has positioned David and the Stamford AlphaGraphics as invaluable assets to numerous campaigns. David has also been instrumental in fostering support for area non-profits, both within AlphaGraphics, by developing programs that have put the company at the forefront of corporate and social responsibility and outside of AlphaGraphics, serving on numerous boards and acting as a non-profit founder himself.

In an industry that is always evolving, we’ve made it our goal to stay on top of the latest technologies and offerings.  In fact, our expansive equipment capabilities extend well beyond your average print shop. At AlphaGraphics Stamford, state of the art is our status quo. Keep reading to learn more about our advanced capabilities and technologies.

  • Our prepress department can handle just about any file that is supplied to us with high-end Mac and PC workstations and numerous software packages including full Adobe and Microsoft suites. XMPie for robust variable data production. Color calibration for reproduction accuracy.
  • Digital printing capabilities including a fleet of high-end digital printing presses with sheet capabilities up to 27.5", with both clear coat and white ink functionality. We also have digital envelope presses that allow for one and full color printing with inline addressing and variable data capability
  • Offset printing capabilities including full color, spot color, and inline coating. Sheet sizes up to 40".
  • Large format/graphics/sign department with state of the art equipment including both roll-fed and flatbed printing which can handle just about any flexible and rigid substrates. We also have die-cutting options for all substrates. A fleet of laminators, mounters and sign finishing completes this department.
  • Our direct mail department is stocked with a range of addressing, variable data, inserting, sealing, and other finishing equipment allowing us to efficiently handle projects with hundreds of pieces as well as mailings into the millions of pieces.
  • Our bindery and finishing department has a diverse array of equipment allowing us to finish any project to suit your needs. These include equipment to handle, folding, scoring, perforating, perfect binding, saddle stitching, coil binding, wiro binding, stapling, collating, numbering, batching, shrink wrapping, die-cutting, and much more.
