Art Coley, CFE
President & CEO, AlphaGraphics
Art Coley’s small business passion began in 1985, when at the young age of 15 he opened a hamburger stand in Temple, Texas. Coley now serves as president and chief executive officer of AlphaGraphics, sitting at the helm of nearly 300 franchised business centers. In this role, he is driving a strategic vision to evolve the brand into a trusted marketing service provider for small businesses across the globe. Prior to becoming president, Coley led the company’s franchise development strategies and implementation, spearheading an experienced team to grow the AlphaGraphics franchise network.
Before joining AlphaGraphics, Art Coley served as the executive vice president of franchising for the International Center for Entrepreneurial Development (ICED). He is a certified franchise executive (CFE) and is considered a forward-thinking leader and a development expert in the franchise industry. He believes the entrepreneurial spirit of “franchising” will lead the charge for economic development in both the U.S. and abroad. He currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife Jean and their three sons (and “Lola” his yellow lab).
Dave Buzza, CFE, DMA
Chief Development Officer
Dave Buzza has been associated with the AlphaGraphics Franchise System since the beginning of 2008. Prior to this, Dave was VP of Business Development with the ICED Franchise System (Kwik Kopy Printing, Ink Well Printing, and Franklin’s Printing) for more than 13 years. During this time, Dave spent 10 of his years as a franchise owner with a Kwik Kopy Printing location in Nashville, Tenn.
As a printing franchise owner, Dave was successful in growing his company from a start up operation to eventually ranking within the top 20 centers worldwide within the ICED Franchise system. Since selling his operating company in 2004, Dave has been a coach and consultant to small and commercial print owners throughout the graphic arts industry.
Dave has been heavily involved in Sales and Marketing training both domestically and internationally. In addition, he has facilitated workshops on numerous topics ranging from finance, workflow management, administration, personnel, and others that concentrate on the growth and education of print facility owners. Dave is originally from the Cleveland, Ohio, area and holds degrees in Marketing from the University of Akron and Human Resource Management from Spring Arbor College. Prior to his career in the print industry, Dave was the Vice President of Hush Puppies Footwear based in Rockford, Mich., and also the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Mitre Soccer Co. based in Nashville, Tenn.
Tommy E. Auger
Chief Financial Officer
Tommy spent the first 10 years of his professional career working in public accounting at the international firms of Deloitte, Andersen and KPMG where he provided businesses with accounting, financial statement audit and business consulting services. In 2004, he left public accounting to join Talisker Corporation as its VP, Finance and Administration. In 2008, he joined Red Ledges as its CFO. In 2010, he joined Advanced CFO Solutions as a consultant and is the current CFO of AlphaGraphics, Red Ledges and Medizone.
He loves to work with people and help them to develop goals, objectives and strategies which will assist both individuals and companies in maximizing value. He graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Master’s of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is actively involved in the Utah Association of Certified Public Accounting (UACPA). He is a frequent speaker with the UACPA and other volunteer church and civic organizations.
Outside of work, he loves to spend time with his wife and children and participating in and watching sporting events.
VP of Special Projects
Darin previously served as COO/CFO and Business Development Director for BaseCamp Franchising, providing franchise support to Kid to Kid and Uptown Cheapskate. During his 13 years in a variety of positions at BaseCamp / Kid to Kid, he helped to lead efforts to provide operational, financial, marketing, training and information technology support to over 100 locations throughout the United States and Europe. Before his work at BaseCamp, he served as Director of Operations at Aspen Automated Lifestyles.
A Utah native, Darin earned both his MBA and Bachelors in Accounting from University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. He also served our country in the Marine Corps, including time in the Persian Gulf War. While in the Marines, he received specialized training as a Scout Sniper and reached the rank of Sergeant. He and his family enjoy a variety of activities including soccer, gymnastics, football, theater, running, performing arts, travel, outdoor activities, and community service. Darin and his wife Wendy, have four children and one grandson.
VP Business Technology
Jason joined AlphaGraphics, Inc. in June 1997, and has held several positions including Director of Digital and Design Services (2003-2006), Support Services Manager (2002- 2003), Lead Support Specialist (2000-2002) and Support Specialist (1997-2000). In September of 2006, he was promoted to Director of Business Technology. His current roles include the management of the I.T. and Support Services department, and he is the subject matter expert in digital file workflow and color management.
Prior to being named Vice President, Jason was Senior Director of Business Technology.
