We changed our logo from 3 lines to 2 lines. This was the first order with the 2 lines. The emailed proof (exact size) looked great but the actual product was not good. The proof was approved however, our logo was too small. I feel like once they saw it, they should have adjusted the size as well as consulted with me before printing the order after the proof was approved.
