Jane owns three successful AlphaGraphics centers in Central Texas. She brings over 30 years of corporate and entrepreneurial leadership experience. She earned an MBA from Emory University and a BBA from Southern Methodist University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her sons and dogs.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial printing, sign production, and vehicle wraps, Mick O’Brien is a seasoned expert in the industry. Originally from Pittsburgh and now living in Austin, Texas, he graduated from Allegheny College with a double major in Studio Art and American History. When he’s not leading projects, Mick enjoys seeing live music, cycling, motorcycles, and watching horror films. He also loves spending time with his dog, Keaton. Passionate about creativity and delivering top-notch service, Mick brings energy and expertise to every project.

Carle Aldrete has been in the printing and signage industry for 30 years, helping businesses stand out with bold, high-quality visual solutions that get noticed. With a background in photography, he brings a creative eye to every project, seeing beyond ink and vinyl to tell a brand’s story with impact and intention. As a father of four, he leads with warmth, reliability, and a strong sense of commitment. And as a Harley rider, he brings a bit of free spirit and fun to everything he does, but at the core, he just loves helping people. Whether it’s solving a challenge, a tight deadline or bringing a client’s vision to life, he takes pride in being someone that you can count on.

Brandon has been in the print industry for 5+ years, specializing in building relationships and helping people get their projects done, no matter how complicated. Originally from Houston, he moved to Austin, where he now lives with his wife, a lively pug, and two cats. A proud graduate of the University of Houston, Brandon combines a strong work ethic with a customer-focused approach, ensuring every project is handled with care and precision.
Principal Creative Director
With 40 years of experience in graphic design, presentation storytelling, and customer-centered sales experiences, Shannon helps teams turn complex ideas into memorable, emotionally resonant moments. As Principal Creative Director at AlphaGraphics, Shannon brings executive-ready creative design and strategy to presentations, print experiences, branded environments, and reusable design systems. A former Creative Lead (Workday & Oracle) she is known for naturally modern design, practical perfectionism, warm collaboration, and joyful attention to detail.
Principal Messaging & Experience Director
With 15 years of experience in enterprise technology (Workday & Oracle), strategic storytelling, and customer experience design, Brew helps sales teams win complex, high-stakes pursuits where clarity, confidence, and meaningful engagement can make the difference between a stalled conversation and a signed deal. As Director of Messaging and Experience Strategy, Brew partners with sales leaders on their most strategic opportunities, creating executive-ready narratives, hyper-personalized presentations, and custom creative digital & print experiences that build trust and inspire action. Brew is known for blending structure with creativity, and professionalism with a sense of humor.
Center Manager
Michael Lucio is a seasoned Center Manager with 20 years of management experience and extensive print industry knowledge. His background includes T-shirt printing, hand-painted signs and murals, and setting up multiple print shops from project planning through daily operations. Michael takes a hands-on approach to management and leads by example. He especially enjoys creating thought-provoking murals that make an impact. Outside of print, Michael is a devoted Texas Longhorns fan, a proud owner of three big dogs, and a devoted husband who has been happily married for 10 years.
Signs Sales Consultant
Keith Lopez is a Signs Sales Consultant with 15 years of hands-on experience producing, installing, estimating, and surveying interior and exterior signage. His well-rounded industry knowledge allows him to understand every stage of a sign project, from the initial site survey through final installation. Keith is committed to working efficiently, solving challenges, and getting every job done right the first time. Outside of work, he is an avid combat sports enthusiast.
Business Manager
Growing up around the industry, James has had the opportunity to acquire experience in every department of the business. From being a part of the production crew to implementing more efficient accounting processes, there is nothing that he isn’t willing to do to help grow himself and the business. As a laid-back guy, his favorite things to do are go river fishing and golfing with his brother. When the weather isn’t very favorable, then you can catch him watching a well-written TV show or movie.
Inside Sales
Katy Temple Price is a people-first Inside Sales Representative and difference maker with 15 years of experience in print and graphic design. She has a genuine love for print and approaches every idea with the belief that almost anything can be printed. She loves books and especially enjoys helping clients bring their own books to life through print. Katy believes the best solutions combine form and function, and she makes the print process easy to understand while anticipating her clients’ needs and building lasting relationships.
Danielle has been in the print industry for 10+ years and brings 4+ years of experience in education and instructional design. She specializes in guiding clients through their projects from concept to completion, ensuring every detail is handled with care and efficiency. Originally from Texas and a proud University of Texas graduate, Danielle combines a creative background in visual arts with a strong customer-focused approach, making even complex projects feel seamless and straightforward.
Teddi has 10 years of experience in the print industry. With a strong background in marketing services, email marketing, print production, and print sales, Teddi brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to every client relationship. Holding an MBA, Teddi combines business acumen with creative problem-solving to help clients turn ideas into impactful marketing materials. Whether developing targeted email campaigns or guiding complex print projects from concept to completion, she is passionate about delivering solutions that drive results and build lasting partnerships.
Small Format Production Manager
Lauren Jungmichel has done everything within the print industry, from sales and design to printing and finishing. Since 2013 she has worked for AlphaGraphics in many positions but has landed in her current role in a three-point power stance ready to face the wildly varied days that the print industry has to offer. Lauren graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas and lives with her husband, 3 dogs, and 3 cats in her childhood home. She enjoys gardening, camping, and hiking and dislikes bartering at garage sales.

Payton comes to us from the Bastrop, Texas area after spending a brief time in the shelter there. She enjoys having a good time and leverages her cuteness to get away with making not so good choices, sometimes. In her spare time, she works on keeping her good looks and protecting everyone from squirrels.
Morale Associate in Training
Kaira comes to us from the Taylor, Texas area where she spent a short time in a shelter. She is the junior member of the morale team. We have high hopes that she will advance from leaving presents all over the shop to always putting smiles on team members' faces. She has expressed the need for positive reinforcement for her efforts instead of frequently hearing the word, “No.”
