The original order was placed by a resident of Clovis and I was asked to follow up. Since I am in the Paso Robles area, everything was handled by email and telephone. Ariana was extremely helpful and shipped the completed order to me. When I requested additional copies, Lucinda stepped in and handled things very professionally. My order is being shipped and I expect to receive it shortly. Since I am out of the area, it would be more difficult to place new business with you, but I certainly would if I was local. I don't anticipate needing any of the additional services you offer at this time.
