I've used y'all in the past, and will continue to use y'all. For the most part, the quality of work is great. During this specific order, there was a formatting error on the PDF I provided that I missed. That's 100% my fault - sometimes PDFs do weird things and to top it off, this was a rushed project and I didn't catch it. However, it would have been nice if there was some type of quality control in place before you print any custom items for your clients to catch those types of things.
