Brandon Bagley, Owner

Brandon Bagley is the owner and operator of AlphaGraphics Chandler | Gilbert | Scottsdale, bringing almost two decades of leadership experience in printing, marketing, and sales. A Whitman College graduate with a background in Biochemistry, Brandon applies a strategic, data-driven approach to help local businesses grow through exceptional visual communications and smart marketing solutions. Under his guidance, the team has been repeatedly recognized as one of North America’s Top 100 Small Commercial Printers by industry leaders like WhatTheyThink and PrintingNews.

Since 2008, Brandon has led the strategic growth of his AlphaGraphics network across the East Valley and Scottsdale. He opened AlphaGraphics of Gilbert in 2008 and AlphaGraphics of Chandler in 2014, building both locations from the ground up. He expanded further in 2015 by acquiring two well-established centers, AlphaGraphics of Old Town Scottsdale and AlphaGraphics of Scottsdale Airpark. Each with over 25 years of history serving the Scottsdale community. Today, all four locations operate as a unified team, sharing best practices and resources to deliver unmatched quality and service across the region.

Deeply involved in the Chandler community, Brandon supports the youth programs at ICAN and nurtures a culture of career development. Regularly hiring team members with no previous experience and helping them grow into skilled professionals. His entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a passion for process and people, ensures that AlphaGraphics Chandler delivers superior quality, fast turnaround, and dependable service.

Brandon lives in Chandler with his wife Randi and their two children, Dylan and Skylar, who keep life busy, joyful, and inspiring. He’s proud to serve the community he calls home and is passionate about helping other businesses and families succeed and thrive.

Tim Lindvig, General Manager

As General Manager overseeing our four locations in Chandler, Gilbert, Oldtown Scottsdale, and Scottsdale Airpark, Tim Lindvig brings over 30 years of experience in the printing industry. Tim is passionate about helping customers bring their projects to life with creativity and precision. He enjoys building strong relationships with the customers he interacts with as well as his team of dedicated coworkers.

Tim is a proud Arizona native and graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Biology. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, especially attending concerts together. As a dedicated football fan, he proudly cheers on the Dallas Cowboys every season.

Jenni Lynn, Production Manager

With more than 30 years in the printing industry, Jenni brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of every part of the production process. She began her career at her Dad's printing company doing the bookkeeping and gradually worked her way through nearly every area of the shop. From design and copier operation to customer service before stepping into her current role as Production Manager. Having seen the business from the inside out, Jenni takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly and ensuring every job meets the highest standards of quality and care.

Originally from Illinois, Jenni has called Arizona home for nearly a decade. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her boyfriend and their two dogs. Together, they love going to concerts, traveling when they can, and spending time with their grandkids.
