Level of care and customer service exceeded my expectations! I arrived with a pretty challenging problem...how to correct a small typo on a children's picture book post-print. I feel like someone else would have just turned me away. Not only did Mel and the rest of the crew figure out a creative solution for me, a tiny decorative sticker which matched the exact paper type, gloss, thickness and font... the sticker was easy to apply and uses art already in the book. Can't even tell there was a typo now! All this was done in a matter of days at a very reasonable cost. Makes me want to transfer all my printing needs here!
