Beth Pence, Owner

Having worked in the industry for over 30 years before purchasing the AlphaGraphics Martinez location, Beth is a seasoned professional when it comes to print, marketing and signage. Her experience, paired with a passion for continuous improvement, serves as the rallying cry for not only the success of our company but those of our customers as well. A point well demonstrated by her philosophy, “You won’t find Someday on the couch!” Committed to supporting the local community, Beth has served as a past chair for the Columbia County Chamber’s Foundation and as a fund raiser for the local Alzheimer’s Association. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 40+ years and her four grown children, golfing, playing guitar, and spending time in the north Georgia mountains.

Phillip Pence, Owner

As co-owner and Sales and Marketing Director at AlphaGraphics Martinez, Phillip is the smiling face you’ll most likely see when you step through our doors. Having graduated with a degree in Marketing from Georgia Southern University, he brings fresh ideas and a broad scope of knowledge, making him a valuable resource to customers invested in finding new and more creative ways to reach and interact with customers.; In addition to working on business development and project management, you’ll find Phillip working behind the scenes as champion of our staff, building a positive, go-get-em team culture that comes through in everything we do. And when not acting as champion of our clients and staff? You’ll likely find Phillip enjoying the outdoors with his dog, Moose,, hunting, kayaking, and participating in Fantasy Football.
