When my grandma passed, I had only a few short days to collect photos from family members and create photo boards for the funeral. Because the funeral was out of town, my timeline was even tighter, and I reached out with what felt like a totally unreasonable request: if I shared the files Monday morning, could they print and mount two boards to foam core by Monday afternoon?
They didn’t bat an eye.
I’m sure it wasn’t easy, but they treated it like it mattered, because they understood I was grieving and trying to create something meaningful for my family. They made it happen, and the final boards looked amazing. Everyone at the funeral was so grateful to walk down memory lane and see those memories displayed so beautifully.
I truly can’t thank them enough for their kindness, speed, care, and quality. It meant more than they probably know.
