When I delivered my papers to Alphagraphics office I had a note "please print in this order." Upon receiving my first "approval", a lot of pages that I had toward the bottom of my stack were now inserted in places I did not intend or want. I then sent numbered pages and described exactly what I wanted. All was well except in one instance where someone took it upon themselves to insert a page that I had numbered differently. I approved without trying to have it changed due to my wanting to give these books as Christmas gifts. So, I rated your service as indicated above but still don't understand why someone at Alpha decided to rearrange as they thought it should be. Before giving my copies to the clerks desk, clerk wasn't there, I retained an exact copy in the correct order.
