Everything is always great. I need to be better about asking for full quotes and approving those before we order, as your team is quick and sometimes gets the order out before I've realized it. This last time there was apparently a mark up of the product after I received the quote and I was charged quite a bit more for the pieces, but as soon as I talked to Steve about it, he got it all figured out and I was charged what I was quoted, which is very appreciated.

I am from Oregon and I heard about your products from a friend in Arizona. Your STAFF was friendly and efficient, the PRODUCTS were excellent, and the DELIVERY was fast. As I am from Oregon and we don't have sales tax here, I needed to get the tax adjusted off the final bill. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient follow through from the sales staff and manager to confirm all was taken care of to my satisfaction. It was only about $2.00, but that level of care bought you a customer for life who will sign your praises to everyone I know :). THANKS!

Well, I don't love that I don't have access to update my own portal, I feel like when it comes to updates I have to ask for things more often than I would like. I do think our rep does an excellent job of responding on time and following through and I am very happy to be working with her.
