We have a funky business name at eviivo. The first set of three runs of cards all had our company name mispelled. As the customer, you gave us an opportunity to review them and we missed the mispelled word as well (evvivo instead of eviivo). When we brought it to your attention you re-ran the cards at no charge to us. That is exemplary customer service.

I traveled to a conference in Austin, TX and forgot to bring business cards. Alpha Graphics had great reviews on google so I gave them a call and spoke with Jane. Within 20 minutes Jane and her team had sent me their specs, received the business card graphics, sent me the proof, received approval, and began working. Within a few hours I had the business cards in hand at the hotel, and they had come out even higher quality than the ones I had left at my office in CT. Awesome job - Highly recommended.
