Alphagraphics has now donated printing services for two veteran support projects I have worked on as a volunteer in recent years. This has been greatly appreciated by many people. Because of my lack of familiarity with some basic protocol for getting material ready for printing I was sorry that we required a little more 'back and forth' time from staff than I would have hoped . Alphagraphics were very patient and the end products were just what was needed for the projects! Thank you so much on behalf of all the veterans and other working to heal and prevent future trauma from war!

Always willing to do what's needed and flexible in the timing of everything. Very easy to work with. Two suggestions: make it a standard practice to provide tracking numbers as soon as they are generated to give to the client (I've had to ask every time, sometimes I get them, sometimes not) and also have the discussion upfront about when we want things shipped out to avoid overnight shipping fees (I don't think we've done this too much - I know you try to do 2-day when possible but being on the same page on when we want things shipped out may be good). Thanks for all that you do to make me look good! :)

There are a lot of printers to choose from, but I have found such consistent high quality, good prices and superb customer service with Alphagraphics that it is an easy choice.

The service was great and very timely. Mr. Greene did a great job in making sure our order was taken care of properly. We had issues last order but it was on my end, not yours. We will definitely be doing business with AlphaGraphics and Mr. Greene again!
