Haley Haar

PRESIDENT, OWNER

As President, Haley oversees business planning and development and leads the Sales and Marketing team for AlphaGraphics Kansas City. She enjoys learning about the newest technologies in the industry and can help with agOnline, direct marketing campaigns, and other marketing technologies. As a Kansas City native, she is a graduate of William Jewel College and loves exploring KC with her children.

AGKC Favorite:  "I love building relationships with new clients and the Kansas City community.  Exploring needs and helping make plans for future growth."

Matthew Haar

VP - OPERATIONS

Matt manages the financials, vendor relationships, and manufacturing department for AlphaGraphics Kansas City. He received a degree in business management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI and an MBA from Baker University. Matt was the Operations Manager for AlphaGraphics Arvada, CO where he became an expert in Digital Printing before deciding to purchase his own AlphaGraphics with Haley. In his spare time, Matt enjoys grilling, soccer, and spending time with Haley, their daughters, and two dogs.

Scott Crawford

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Scott brings digital print and design experience from over 15 years of working in the print industry. He received a degree in graphic design from Southwest Missouri State University. Scott uses Adobe Creative Suite and other printing software to create designs and production files for clients.  Scott is also the technical know-how behind agOnline.  When not at work, Scott and his wife tend to their zoo of 2 children, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 hamsters, 1 rabbit and some fish.

AGKC Favorite:  "I love working in an environment where one of the key factors in hiring new team members is how well they will mesh with the current team’s personalities, demeanors, and quirks. How often can someone say they actually enjoy going into work?"

Brandon Humphrey

DIGITAL PRINT OPERATOR

Brandon is the newest addition to our AGKC team! Brandon is currently learning all of the ins and outs of being a Digital Print Operator. In his free time, Brandon enjoys playing golf, baseball, and spending time with his wife and three children. Brandon is a major Kansas City Royals and Chiefs enthusiast as well! 
AGKC Favorite: "I love working on a wide variety of different projects and getting to see the work of our Kansas City small businesses."

Allison Barkley

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Allison is a people person!  She loves to make new acquaintances and help her clients solve problems.  She enjoys a challenge and likes working on new and unique projects particularly if they involve promotional products, agSigns or books.  Allison is a graduate of the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) and enjoys cheering on her Jayhawks, spending time with husband Ryan and their two dogs.

AGKC Favorite: "A few of my favorite things, the AGKC team, the ability to be involved in the growing downtown community and watching projects go from concept to completion!"

Amanda Catherell

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Amanda has a passion for customer service. She wants every client to walk away from AlphaGraphics feeling great! She enjoys working with the creative clients because they always have unique needs and projects. Amanda owned a cake decorating business before joining AlphaGraphics and uses that creativity to support her customers. When not at work Amanda chases three children and loves working outside in her garden.

AGKC Favorite: "All the people I get to meet. I thoroughly enjoy the variety of clients we get and I love working on creative projects and helping bring them to life!"

Sierrah Gaines

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Sierrah joined the AlphaGraphics team in 2016.  She is the friendly voice and face that greets customers and can help with any question.  Sierrah is new to the industry but has dived into the world of print with enthusiasm.  Sierrah is a dog lover and wants to adopt all the puppies!
