I often take that same look at our business, AlphaGraphics Westlake. I sincerely believe that we offer an exceptional product, and our process is constantly being refined to meet our clients needs.
But what really makes AlphaGraphics Westlake special is its people. The dedication our team shows day-in and day-out is what defines our business. They consistently put themselves in our clients shoes to better understand what they can do to make the buying experience a positive one.
We have hired many people over the years, good people with good backgrounds, some with industry experience, some with no experience at all. Sometimes they are a good fit, and sometimes they are not.

A positive attitude: AlphaGraphics Westlake is no place for someone who has a negative attitude, rude or indifferent with other team members or customers. While our products are print and sign-related, we are really in the customer-service business.
A willingness to learn new things: Our business, just like so many others, has fundamentally changed over the course of these 20+ years we've been in business, and a willingness to learn new things, take time (sometimes on your own time) to sharpen your skills, is an absolute necessity. This crew teaches me something new every day.
A desire to go the extra mile: Sometimes that means coming in early or staying late to complete a time-sensitive project, or meeting a client on a cold Saturday morning to drop off their order, it goes back to what I wrote above...put yourself in your clients shoes. You will see your job in a completely different way.
So, I don't say it enough to the crew at AlphaGraphics Westlake...thank you. I come to work every day excited to be a part of the team.
