We had the best experience with the group! It was our first book for printing. Ron was very kind, professional and very accommodating!! The quality of the print is great!! We definitely will refer the AlphaGraphics. Ron made our experience memorable!!
I recently had my travel journal printed with alpha graphics. They made it wonderful. The management is so friendly and helpful Their service was wonderful
Ron was very patient with the many adjustments to my project for our Santa Clara High School Class of 1976 50th Reunion. It's a poster that I designed but didn't have the expertise to complete. The finished project is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I envisioned. I am very happy and thoroughly satisfied with the outcome of this project. It's an amazingly beautiful work of art. Thank you so much to Ron and your team.
Anthony was a delight to work with … we had an urgent project to deliver a few creatives and had 3days to produce and deliver. I received estimates super fast and had my items produced a day earlier. Great quality!
Alpha Graphics in Sunnyvale CA was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. The end result was perfect and made a big difference at our event.
Been doing all of our printing needs with AlphaGraphics for more than 10 years and I always get what I need the way I requested it and in a timely manner. Great company.
No matter the project I bring to AlphaGraphics, they consistently deliver, and they deliver exceptionally well. The quality of their work is always top-notch, and what truly sets them apart is their clear communication around deliverables and timing. I always know what to expect and when to expect it, which makes every project seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend their team for reliable, professional results!
Outstanding customer service. Even as an individual working on a home project, I was treated with the same care as their large commercial clients. Anthony guided me through the process and answered all my questions, and Ron helped create the book cover while keeping me updated. Thanks to the AlphaGraphics team, my book turned out beautifully.
This is an amazing group of people!! My finished book is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I will never have enough praise for these dedicated men. I came to AlphaGraphics after another local printer failed to complete my project. Anthony Castillo, the manager and "problem solver," welcomed me into the process of printing the ancestral history which had taken me four years to research and write. Ron Creamer was my daily contact throughout the process. He is a most patient man and never tired of correcting my formatting errors, like numbering the pages incorrectly. He and his designer and their team made sure every detail was perfect. Yesterday I mailed out 50 copies to family members all over the country and one in Germany. I am a happy and most satisfied customer!!
We had a rush order that had a missing section. The materials were quickly updated, and everything was completed same day. Would definitely use again!
