Katherine was an absolute pleasure to work with, the billing and account set up was a breeze and our final product was extremely niche and not very profitable, but we were not treated like a low value account, we were treated like valued customers. I will definitely solicit Alphagraphics services in the future and highly recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues.
Katherine made my experience so seamless! I had to rush order a batch of songbooks, and she coordinated with their amazing production team to get it done in time. The product came out perfectly, the customer service was top notch, and the turn around time was quicker than anywhere else in the area. 10/10 will order from them again!
So friendly and helpful. Tami helped us with announcements and envelopes. Mkenna helped me with a foam board sign. I had made a mistake and she helped me with options to correct it. Fast friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely will use alpha graphics again!
These guys can deliver. Needed parade banners, late notice for the 4th of July and they pulled it off! Also needed business cards at the last minute and they were able to print off same day. Synergy Electric will use them for all our printing needs..... Very pleased, thank you guys:)
I don't typically take time for reviews but wanted to in this case. My work printer broke and I had an extremely timely, large job that needed to be done. The ladies at the Idaho Falls store were incredible to work with even though I left them very little time to make it happen; they moved my job up and kept in contact with me throughout to ensure it happened. It could not have been a better experience. I highly recommend them!!
AlphaGraphics was amazing to work with! We had a rush order and they came through big time—got everything done incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. Their pricing was very fair, especially considering the quick turnaround, and the whole process was smooth and easy. We really appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommend!
McKenna was great! Very helpful and let us know we had issues with a picture on our design. We were able to change it and the banner looks fabulous!
Slight mix up on my order. They took care of it free of charge and they look amazing . The decal is of high quality material and very forgiving . If you’re getting stickers made I’d recommend.
I have only utilized Alpha Graphics a hand full of times to print coloring books and I must say I am amazed at how quick they respond and push products out. They really took the time to ensure they understood what I wanted and provided quality books in time for my event. I would like to see what else they can do!
Everywhere else was really backed up and super busy, you guy's got me in figured out what and how I wanted it and had it done and ready for me to pick up in less than an hour! The staff was amazing fast and friendly.
