Attempted to get this same product from Zippy’s and the customer service was just not that great, we got turned away initially due to a small water mark. So my coworker and I did some extensive research and found another similar pdf, without a watermark, and were turned away again from zippy’s simply because we were the same customer. Called Alpha graphics and explained the situation they not only were very enthusiastic, but were cheaper and faster than what we were quoted at zippys.
Our business, All About Plumbing Repair, uses Alpha Graphics for many of our projects. Their quality work, exceptional service, and quick turnaround makes every project easy and painless. On a personal level, I had Alpha Graphics print announcements for different milestone moments for my family, and they were beautiful and very reasonably priced. Whether professionally or personally, I would highly recommend them.
Great service and faster turnaround than I expected. The signs are up and look fantastic. I’m very pleased with the final product—a definite win for me!
They have always done great work. If there is a hiccup or mistake, they fix it quickly. They've even been able to pull off some pretty last minute things for us. I highly recommend them.
I asked AlphaGraphics to print a bunch of journals for Christmas gifts, and then again for a ladies craft retreat. Both orders were perfect & the ladies loved them. I am grateful for the talented girls at the front desk that helped me and also the turn around time was very quick!! We will defiantly be back! thank you!
Alphagraphics-Rexburg did an amazing job on my business cards. They had a super quick turnaround time on my order. Highly recommend!
Alpha Graphics has always been great to work with. I print recruiting pamphlets and flyers from them and they are always quick to get my order done and the pamphlets and flyer always turn out amazing. I will definitely keep using Alpha Graphics.
They slipped me in last minute for a project that got landed on me. They spent the time talking me through options and finding what would fit my budget best. I have ALWAYS had exemplary service.
Emily's the best! The staff at AG have been great about helping me with creative solutions to graphics and printing problems. 'Great attitude and great skills. Much more than just printers!
I recently purchased a sidewalk sign for my new bookstore and AlphaGraphics was wonderful to work with. Their service was quick and friendly. They are very supportive of local Rexburg businesses and made it possible for me to get what I needed within the budget I had to work with. The process was smooth and the outcome was excellent! I plan to go back for more printing projects in the future.
