Our Center
AlphaGraphics Chicago | Lakeshore is serviced by our facility in the West Loop, just minutes from any of our downtown clients. This center is staffed with thirty experienced professionals who truly have a passion for real customer service - not just slogans and empty promises. This has been the hallmark of our operations and the root cause of our dramatic growth since our founding in 1993 in a small space on LaSalle Street with four employees.
This family run business is flexible in its offerings and enjoys meeting and solving potential challenges that you may face with your project. Within our 15,000 square foot facility located at 1017 West Washington Boulevard, we have an experienced staff in graphic design, digital production, bindery, conventional and digital printing, sales, mailing and signage specialists.

Dick Moran, Founder
Our "Founding Father", Dick opened his first AlphaGraphics location in 1993. From here he grew it to include three Chicago locations and created the family-owned atmosphere we enjoy today!
Mike Moran, Owner
More than just a Sales Manager, Mike has been strategic in every department of the facility. After joining the team in 1994, he has been influential in expanding and growing AlphaGraphics...Lakeshore.
Amy Moran, Owner
After working for Alphagraphics Corporate in Arizona, Amy moved back to Chicago to manage AlphaGraphics...Lakeshore's experienced Design Team. Here she grew the team to include the extensive marketing services we offer today.
Jack Serrano, Owner
Our own Jack of all trades, he's more than just our Production Manager. Since joining the team in 1997, he's been our go to guy for pioneering new ideas and getting things done.
Julie Serrano, Owner
As Dick's first hire in 1994, Julie has been here since the beginning. From taking on everything from Accounting to Production, she helped establish the work-flow to get AlphaGraphics...Lakeshore customers their orders in a timely fashion.
