Sean was super responsive and kind, but also very clear in explaining what I was looking for because I wasn’t sure lol. You made me look good! I have another job I need done in the next month, I’ll be shooting you an email.
Easy to work with. Fair Price. High Quality. We utilized them for some foam boards for a special celebration.
Alphagraphics in the West Loop was wonderful to work with on a personal project. Specifically, Kathy was great to work with and walked me through each and every detail. The project was done quickly and turned out amazing.
Working with Milosh and Rachel was such a smooth, easy and expedient process. We could not recommend working with them more. It was great to support a local business, and they were incredibly supportive in helping turn around a "perfect bound" book to be delivered as part of a critical business pitch - so it had to be - literally - perfect! They worked with us very promptly to deliver the best option for our tight turnaround, and problem solved right with us to ensure our product was exactly what we needed. They were kind, helpful and prompt - a fantastic overall experience.
I worked with Milosh on new business cards for myself and two colleagues. She was very patient and expedited things in a timely manner. The cards came out just as I had hoped they would. I will definitely be using Alpha Graphics in the future.
Terry and the team at Alphagraphics were so incredibly helpful and fun to work with - they helped us absolutely transform VenueSIX10 beyond our wildest dreams! The print quality of all of the wall installations was impressive as all of the colors really popped in the whitespace of the venue. They were on time and ready to roll when it came to installing a ton of branding elements to the venue ahead of our week long conference. Terry Barton went above and beyond to make sure we had every measurement and visual ahead of time, and he was truly a part of our team by the end of the event. An absolute delight. We would be so lucky to work with them again!
Thank you for your prompt and professional service. Your customer service, design and printing expertise helped me display a clear message to guests using the commercial space downstairs from our residence to respectfully treat our property while hosting their events. Again, many thanks. 😊👍🏿
Always top quality and top service when working with this specific AlphaGraphics location in the West Loop. The reps are attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Everything is always correct and on time, and they do their best to work with urgent timelines. Glad to have them!
AlphaGraphics is so fast and easy to use. They are friendly and efficient and provide a solid product. I use them for all of my company's printed needs and they're just the best. I won't use another company for our event collateral.
Kathy Cifuentes is great to work with! She's really helpful and professional. This AlphaGraphics location is our go-to for any printing services in Chicago.
