BLCOA is a Non Profit organization that purchases tickets from AlphaGraphics annually , as a customer working with Tim and Paula they get back to you immediately if you have a question or a change that needs to be made. Customer service is important to them and they want to make sure the project is done to ones expectations.

I was in such a bind a couple weeks ago while on my way to a conference in Boston. I was staying over for one day in Manchester, and needed three different printed items completed for my conference happening the next day. I called Tim at AlphaGraphics first thing in the morning asking him if he could take on my job. He told me that he could get it done by the end of the day! I picked up the order that same afternoon and was so impressed with the quality and the speed in which Tim & his team got my job done.
