RICK STINSON, OWNER
Rick is a 4th Generation Wilmingtonian – a true unicorn. He is a graduate of New Hanover High School as well as the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is a proud Dance Dad and enjoys traveling to his daughter Ella’s competitions on the weekends. Rick also likes to play golf, work in his yard and complete our daily sign installs, which he calls his “Canvas of the Day”.
After working in the mortgage industry for many years, in 2009 Rick decided to switch gears and purchase a 40-year-old print shop and start the conversion to an AlphaGraphics Franchise. Over the past ten years he has thoroughly enjoyed working with local events and businesses to take them to the next level. He is a huge supporter of keeping it local in the city that has been his home his entire life.
Kari-Ann Smith | Manager & Creative Director
Kari started with AlphaGraphics in May 2013 as a Customer Service Rep and gradually grew into graphic design and management roles as business increased. Prior to her career in print, she spent several years in management in the Amusement Park and Information Technology industries. Kari-Ann moved to Wilmington in 2008 after earning a BFA in Interior Design from Cazenovia College in New York. She can be found on the soccer field or the volleyball court in her free time.
Debra Hobbs | Production Manager
Deb joined the AlphaGraphics team in 2011 as a Customer Service Rep, bringing with her more than 38 years of experience in the printing field. After 2 years, she became Production Manager, heading up the production floor that includes digital and offset printing. Deb enjoys riding her motorcycle with her Southern Cruisers Riding Club where she is the First Officer.
Paul Ward | Account Executive
Paul is an Outside Sales Representative with over 25 years of experience working in the Advertising and Marketing industries. He has a keen ability to understand marketing budgets, especially with new and startup companies. He has a Bachelor's Degree focused in Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD from Cape Fear Community College which gives him the ability to bring creative ideas to the table. In his free time, he is chasing vintage Hot Wheels from the '70s and '80s and currently has over 7,500 cars.
Sarah Lewis | Graphic Designer
Sarah is a Laney High School graduate & Wilmington Native. She attended and graduated from The Arts Institute in Durham, NC with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Web Design. After 2 years of working experience in Design, Sarah joined our growing team in May of 2021. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with Family, hiking & cooking.
Lindsey Neverdousky | Sales & Marketing Support Rep
Lindsey moved to Wilmington from the Dallas, Texas area in July 2018. She began her career with AlphaGraphics shortly thereafter. While the world of printing is new to her, Lindsey’s 11 years in the Food Service Industry gives her an insight into the realm of Sales, Marketing & Customer Service. She isn’t afraid to go above & beyond for our customers and make sure their experience is always pleasant. Lindsey’s favorite things are sunflowers, sharks & the Carolina Panthers.
Cory Anderson | Press Operator & Bindery Extraordinaire
Cory is originally from Minnesota and moved to Wilmington in 1979. Cory started working in the print industry in 1975, which makes him the leader in experience at AlphaGraphics Wilmington! (45 Years!) He has spent the majority of this time as a Pressmen. After joining the AlphaGraphics Wilmington team in 2010, he quickly learned the entirety of the Bindery department as well & continues to specialize in this area. When not in the shop, Cory enjoys spending time on his Harley, and with his two sons & grandchildren.
Tori Brower | Creative Support Specialist
As the newest (and shortest) member of the AlphaGraphics team, Tori has a background in customer service and graphic design. She is originally from Haymarket, Virginia and moved to Wilmington in 2019. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from James Madison University, go Dukes! In her free time, you can find her on the beach or visiting her friends and family back home!
