Very efficient and courteous - enjoy working with Alpha Graphics!
I could not recommend AlphaGraphics more! Breeze and their entire time are so kind and helpful. I do marketing for an Orthodontic practice, and they have always delivered high quality materials and been pleasant to work with.
Ordered booklets and they turned out amazing! Breeze helped me format and get everything I needed together for printing, and I am so excited to work with them to print my first novel!
Above and Way Beyond customer service. I can’t begin to express my gratitude and appreciation on a job well done. In today’s market we all have felt the lack of customer service and performance by employees across the board. It’s a rare treat when we experience service that is not only prompt, but extremely efficient and exemplary. This establishment accomplished both with flying colors. I needed a banner made and printed in a day after Fast Signs dropped the ball. The young woman who I spoke with at Alpha was extremely helpful and made sure my banner was made to perfection. This wasn’t even the best part. This amazing woman (Breeze) helped to make sure that it was done to my specifications and then did something truly worthy of an award. I needed this banner to be picked up by one of my employees for a convention he was attending, but unfortunately he was busy at the convention and could not pick it up. Breeze was in constant communication with me and my employee and said “no matter what, we’ll get it there some how” and she was not lying. Breeze took the banner first thing Saturday morning and drove to the convention center to personally drop it off and made sure it was delivered to the hands of my employee. This wonderful person knew how important this banner was to us and went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered, even though this was not her responsibility. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will no longer use any other graphic printing establishment except for Alpha Graphics. Thank you Breeze from the bottom of my heart.
Five stars is not enough. Breeze was fantastic at calmly working through our frantic last minute order, despite more than a few speed bumps that occurred on our end. They worked with us to make great looking banners. A++ customer service. Can't recommend enough!
We've been doing business with AlphaGraphics for about a year now, and everything has been top notch with lots of options. At one point, we ordered 1500 tri-fold flyers which didn't quite turn out how we thought or wanted; they re printed the entire batch free of charge to make sure we were happy with what we ordered.
Great customer service! I requested a quote on their website, got a very prompt response with the requested info, and Ariana followed up with me several times to check on the status of the job. Not only did she have great follow-up, she responded immediately every time I emailed her to get information. Wonderful experience and highly recommend.
The best! So easy to work with, incredibly patient when we kept changing our designs, and always very responsive. I couldn't believe how quickly they got our projects shipped to us, either. Our firm will always use them and we'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks Barry and Sara!
Barry Guy, Sales, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was prepared from the start, helped me arrange a crazy print schedule and provided us with a fantastic end product that actually exceeded my expectations. The alphagraphics team had an answer for every issue created on our end (and there were a few). I work for a very large company and have already recommended your company to my coworkers around the company (across the nation).
Excellent customer service and communication. Fast and easy to work with. Thank you!!!
