I contracted with Alphagraphics in Grapevine and worked closely with Richard LaMoy the owner on a funeral service Prayer Card for my mom's recent passing. She was 94. Richard understood exactly what I was seeking and said no problem they can do it in my shortened time frame. I was trying to get everything completed within 2 weeks. I specified a size and type of card stock and Richard said no problem. In the meantime, I worked on designing the card with prayer and scripture and included my mom's beautiful picture. Richard was kind enough to do several drafts for me until I got the wording, type or font style. layout on the front and back exactly correct. In fact, Richard was kind enough to produce several drafts on the card stock and we made the final adjustments from the drafts. The color, the layout, the type style, the font size, and the picture came out absolutely perfect. Many say I'm a perfectionist, which is true and Richard LeMoy at Alphagraphics in Grapevine met my perfectionist standards. And he met my compressed timeline to boot. I highly recommend Richard LeMoy and Alphagraphics for your personal and professional printing needs. And yes, the pricing was more than reasonable and beyond fair for the time, effort and super high quality finished product. My goal was to honor my mom and I know she would be proud!! Mission accomplished!
These guys did a GREAT job on my business invoices for my locksmith company. After asking a few questions over the phone they emailed me quickly I sent them my ideas and they delivered just as I envisioned it. I will definitely continue to use them for all my invoices moving forward.
Needed to print a "wanted" photo prop and have it delivered to a local convention center in their area. The one delivered ended up being wrapped too tight which caused warping and creases in the thick poster board. AlphaGraphics printed another one and had it delivered same day, which really saved my expo booth! They weren't overly friendly, very business like demeanor, but they got the job done and went the extra mile to correct the issue promptly.
The team did a great job for me with a rush order of brochures I needed for a trade show. The quality of their work was exceptional and the price was reasonable. The job was completed at the time they estimated when I placed the order. I will not hesitate to use them again.
I absolutely love doing business with Richard and Daphne at the Grapevine, TX Alphagraphics! Slowly, I've moved over all of our printing needs to them, if they can do it. On a regular basis, we now order business cards, brochures, rack cards, lead card pads, notepads, letterhead, envelopes, booklets, refrigerator magnets, 12x18 car magnets, foamboard mounted posters, acrylic signs as big as 4x8 feet, perforated window signs, Vinyl banners, post cards, specialty projects like summit attendee photo frames to commemorate the event. Whenever there has been an issue, even if it's my fault, they make it right. Recently, the graphic hex color code must have been off on my end and the graphic came out looking purple. Richard made some adjustments and reprinted my order free of charge. 1000 Notepads!!! I can't tell you how happy I am to have a local relationship like this and with such quality people as this. They've proven to be a great business partner.
