Everything was perfect! I submitted a quote request on Thursday around 4:00pm not expecting a response, and less than 20 minutes later I had a detailed quote sent over from Zoe. I forgot to include a couple details so I called into the office to see if I could clarify a few things. Zoe was very detailed and accommodating over the phone, assisting me with my design and she anticipated my request. I sent over my designs slightly after their closing time, knowing it wouldn't be until the following week till my order was complete. I kid you not, the next day around 2:00PM the order was completed. Upon pickup everyone was kind and accommodating, and our order was PERFECT! I'm almost ashamed to admit I almost ordered through Shutterfly AlphaGraphics was more affordable, quicker, and I was able to make sure my vision was understood.
