Since the COVID-19 outbreak I've been working remotely from home. My supplies were shipped to the house promptly and were well packaged.

It ran very smoothly, and product was delivered correct and on time. Been doing business with this branch just shy of 20 years!

We decided last minute to order yard signs for all of our 8th grade students and we weren't even sure that anyone could get them in time. The team at Alphagraphics made it happen! We are so grateful for their willingness to help and their ability to get the job done so quickly. We distributed the signs to our 8th grade students during a "drive thru graduation" and they loved them.

Everything was wonderful. My only issue is that the h stands for the yard signs keep breaking. I know that is not your fault!

Even with the virus shut-down, Steve and team jumped on my job and had it ready on time and perfectly produced.

My community had misplaced the original poster that was ordered. The staff were very nice and helpful with getting a replacement.

We were charged for designing some of our materials however I was not very pleased with the final product of the next appointment cards. The first order was received printed on white paper, partially our fault as we didn't realize we had to proof the color of the paper when the original we sent over was pink. I really appreciated how the situation was handled, we were not charged for this mistake and your immediately began working on a resolution. The excellent customer service is one of the reason we had decided to exclusively use Alphagraphics for our printing needs. However the 2nd time around, we were not happy. The new print is not professional at all. We have used Alphagraphics in the past to print these appointment cards and never had issues however with our new logo it seems like it was too much of a hassle to design a new card with the updated logo even though we were charged a "design" fee. Instead of designing a logo that would match the pink card you placed a image you received from us with a white background on top of a pink card. This made the card look very unprofessional, due to COVID-19 we are trying to support local businesses like ours therefore we decided not to make this a huge deal and have used these cards however we will more than likely return to using our previous vendor who puts the time and effort into making sure things are done correctly and that the final product looks professional.

I had a same-day order and they over delivered on both timing and quality! They helped me make a great 1st impression for my business - PRICELESS!

I WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO USE YOUR SERVICE. HOWEVER, I MUST LET YOU KNOW THAT I ORDERED 2500 #10 WINDOW ENVELOPES. I RECEIVED 4 BOXES OF WINDOW ENVELOPES AND ONE THAT WAS NOT WINDOW. I CAN USE THIS BOX, BUT I USE A LOT MORE WINDOW THAN PLAIN ENVELOPES SO IT IS A BIT OF AN INCONVENIENCE. I REPORTED THIS BACK TO YOUR TEAM AND DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE AN ACKNOWLEGEMENT OF THE ERROR AND APPRECIATION FOR THE FACT THAT I AM WILLING TO USE THE BOX PRINTED IN ERROR.
