My experience has always been amazing with Alphagraphics in Sandy. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure my company is taken care of no matter what!

I felt like the customer service over the phone could have improved. It felt like a brush off to use the site to put in a request instead of a guide of that is what to do.

The employees were very accommodating. I called and said I needed business cards for Saturday on a Wednesday or Thursday. The person helping me was out on the Friday when I was supposed to pick them up and I had no idea, so I was messaging her to see when to ge tthem or if they were even printed. I called and the last person there stayed open longer by 10 minutes so I could get them since the lady who I was communicating with didn't come in.

Zane and his team are literally one of the best! I have used other alphagraphics locations before, and nothing compares. The attention to detail and the responsiveness is off the charts!

They were very helpful in getting our banner to look right. Everything was quickly and the banners look great

The woman on the phone who took my order was SUPER helpful and very knowledgable as well as friendly and quick. The turn around time was a few days, and they called as soon as it was finished and ready for pick-up.

I was very impressed at how quickly I was contacted after my RFQ. Turnaround time was very fast. The process was very easy and efficient.

There was a mistake on our last order

I've had great outcomes from other branches. This particular print i needed all the colors printed and all they grays were left off. We went back and they said that they had turned a layer off accidentally and when re printed it was a really light gray. We had even had an example of a print out from a another print to show as an example. We were told they couldn't make the gray darker until another employee was there that wouldn't be back in time for the deadline we were under.

Our company has worked with alphagraphics for the past ten years and have always been quite happy with our finished product.

The color on the stickers was pretty dull in comparison with what I had brought in to have printed. I did not have the original, however, I was told that 95 percent of the time it turns out pretty good and mine was not even as colorful as what I brought in, Maybe the color in the machine needed to be brightened. Not too happy.

Andy was very friendly and professional. He was speedy with proofs for us to approve and he was very easy to communicate with. Thanks Andy!

I loved the professional environment and walking in to have someone motion me to join them at a desk. In the past, I'm used to standing and waiting at a counter to get service. This was a nice change implemented.

When I had mistakenly ordered Business Cards, which Alphagraphics currently does not provide for Waterford, I was immediately contacted to let me know that portion of my order would not be able to be fulfilled. get customer support!

I did have some challenges getting the contact info changed in your system. I was getting calls for pick-up routed to an old number and did not get to me timely. This last order, that seems to have been corrected. The physical mailing address on our last invoice has not been corrected, however.

Heather Anderson? I think is a fantastic front desk person. She helped me thrubthe whole process and was very capable and courteous. The designer came and talked me about my poster and was really good as well. A+ work and people.

I had issues with the quality on some of my prints, but when I brought it up, the people I was working with were very quick to help me replace them.

I have had previous great experiences with alpha graphics. This time, I felt like the the colleague I was working with was a little put out by my order. Communication was somewhat painful-I had to make a lot of effort to find out if she had gotten what I sent and see if my invites were ready. She would always respond once I emailed, I just feel like she should have been more communicative with me. I felt like I was having to be a little too persistent to find out Info I should have been recieving anyways. On top of that, envelopes were included on the final invoice which I didn’t need. In her defense, in the past I have always needed envelopes but this time we ordered specific ones from another company. I figured I could just let whoever know when I picked them up I didn’t need them and ask to have them taken off. The lady working the desk when we picked them up was not accommodating, wouldn’t take them off, so now I have 50 envelopes I don’t need. It was only about 8 dollars but as a return and loyal customer it would have just been nice to have better customer service. I will say, the final result of my order was beautiful. I’m just going to probably request to work with someone else next time.

I always have a great experience with Sandy AlphaGraphics. I think I would have appreciated just a bit more communication as far as ETA and when the product had been delivered. Someone else had signed for the delivery and I had no idea it had already come in.
