Frequently Asked Questions
1. What's the turnaround time for orders?
Most embroidery orders require your logo to first be digitized. Simply put, we take your electronic logo file and convert it into instructions that our computerized embroidery machines can understand. This process takes 3-5 working days and can be done in advance of having your first embroidery order processed to save time. Once you have a properly digitized logo file, most embroidery projects can be completed in 4-7 working days. (Rush orders may be completed in as few as 2-3 working days when available for an additional fee.) Production times for orders of 100 to 200+ units may require a few extra days.
2. Do you offer rush services for urgent orders?
We do offer expedited services for rush orders. Additional rush fees will be added to your order, typically from 20 to 100% of your original order based on how fast you need the order. This rush service, when available, can shorten the production time to 2-3 working days if you already have a digitized embroidery file.
3. Can you embroider on any fabric?
Generally speaking, we can embroider onto most fabrics. Very thin fabrics like nylon or synthetic fabrics may require a backer applied to the non-seen side of the garment or bag to add a proper foundation for the embroidery process. If you are not sure about a certain item or fabric, feel free to call us at 602-263-0122 or drop by our facility and talk to one of our customer service representatives. Note: Some garments, gym bags, and ball caps are either sewn together or have seams on the back side, which may cause embroidery to buckle or have slight blemishes.
4. What are the best apparel choices for embroidery?
Heavier fabrics like canvas and denim are wonderful for embroidery. We also embroider onto cotton and polyester, along with many other fabrics. If the garment is 100% cotton, we advise you to first wash and dry it so that it shrinks before it is embroidered.
5. How do I care for my embroidered apparel?
It is always best to turn your embroidered garment inside out while washing and use cold or warm water settings to avoid fading of the thread colors. When drying your embroidered garment, use air drying or hang drying and avoid hot drying machines to preserve its quality.
6. Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
We offer discounts when ordering in bulk. Quantity breaks are at 12, 24, 48, etc., and larger discounts are available for businesses or organizations ordering in bulk. (144 units and greater)
7. Do you offer other customization services besides embroidery?
We also offer other garment services such as screen printing, direct-to-garment printing, and promotional products to meet all your marketing and branding needs.
